Help Support the Cedarcrest Band at Duvall Days!

Duvall Days is just over a week away, and the Cedarcrest Band Boosters are gearing up for our annual Bake Sale fundraiser!

We’re looking for donations of baked goods and volunteers to help staff the booth throughout the day. All proceeds will help support the Cedarcrest Band and the students’ Disney trip next spring.

We will be voting for next year’s board, next year’s budget and some bylaw changes. We will also be hearing updates on the August 2026 Band Camp and the Spring 2027 Disney Trip.

All parents, guardians, and supporters of the CHS Band & Guard as well as our incoming 9th grade parents for the fall of 2026 should attend! Help us spread the word and invite others.

Band families — we’d love to see you at our upcoming General Member Meeting. This is a great way to stay informed and connected to what’s happening in our program — and we only have three General Member meetings a year.

We have a busy spring ahead with senior activities, fundraising events, and updates from Mr. Sasse. These meetings are simply to share information and keep everyone in the loop.

Tolt/Cedarcrest Combined Band Concert, January 29th at 6:30pm

Cedarcrest Band Boosters is partnering with Tolt PTSA for a joint fundraiser supporting band programs at both schools. We’re offering preorders for band student concert gifts—place your order below, and we’ll have everything ready for you to pickup before the concert (front doors). You can relax and enjoy the performance, then surprise your student with their gift afterward. Pre-orders accepted online through Wednesday Jan 28 at 8pm.

Help keep the CHS Pep Band fueled during basketball games this winter by dropping off an easy dinner for them to enjoy together after rehearsal/before the game. It can be homemade or take out. Meal donations welcome to keep the Pep Band fueled and energized while they play to the crowds at home basketball games this winter.

Order delicious See’s Candies gifts by December 5, 2025. Orders can be directly shipped to recipients. The Cedarcrest Band Boosters will earn up to 50% of the proceeds, depending on the product. All funds raised support the Band Program at CHS.
